FAQ
Employer FAQ
How working with Bridge Careers Global works for your business.
How quickly can you supply staff?
For many temporary roles we can place pre-screened people within a few days. Permanent and specialist roles typically take one to three weeks to shortlist, depending on the role.
How are your fees structured?
Temporary staff are charged at an hourly or daily rate that covers pay, statutory costs and our margin. Permanent placements are usually a one-off fee based on the starting salary. We'll give you a clear quote before any work starts.
Who employs the temporary workers?
For temporary assignments, workers are employed by Bridge. We handle contracts, payroll, statutory deductions and compliance, so you receive a single invoice.
How do you screen candidates?
Every candidate is interviewed and has their identity, right to work and references checked. Depending on the role we also run skills tests, certification checks and background checks.
What if a placement doesn't work out?
Tell your consultant straight away. For temporary roles we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Permanent placements include a replacement guarantee period.
Can I hire a temporary worker permanently?
Yes. Temp-to-perm is a great way to reduce hiring risk. The terms for transferring a worker to your payroll are set out in our agreement.
Do you recruit outside our country?
Yes. We recruit across several countries and can support cross-border hiring, including the documentation needed for international candidates.
How do I get started?
Send us a staff request with a few details about the role and timing. A consultant will call you within one working day to discuss your needs.
