CGI is seeking a cloud support engineer to help clients operate reliable cloud services in Montreal.

What you'll do

Investigate technical support cases. Analyze logs and system behavior. Communicate solutions clearly to clients and internal teams. Create documentation and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Training or experience in cloud computing, networking or systems administration. Analytical troubleshooting skills and clear communication. Willingness to participate in scheduled support coverage. Legal authorization to work in Canada.
