Amazon Web Services is seeking a cloud support engineer to help customers troubleshoot cloud services in Seattle.

What you'll do

Investigate technical support cases. Analyze logs and system behavior. Communicate solutions clearly to customers and internal teams. Create documentation and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Training or experience in cloud computing, networking or systems administration. Analytical troubleshooting skills and clear written communication. Willingness to participate in scheduled support coverage. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
